Breathe.
It's been a crazy old night... I was happily trawling news and reviews online, and slowly various newsfeeds started jumping out at me. Oil spills, ice shelves melting, people trafficking, politicians wooed by power, industrial food production, health concerns, and don't even get me started on the economic systems.
Yet we just carry on. Seemingly without a care sometimes. Without concern that this insanity that we call life, is leading us to do anything other than simply survive.
And then...
I went back to a little video Joshua posted earlier, entitled Moments.
I'll take solace in the moments in this video, and that really, perhaps there's millions of beautiful things happening all over the world. All the time. And that whilst there's big, gnarly, crazy shit happening too - we need to see both, otherwise it's all a bit too much.
El's home. There's my moment.

A well written post my dear friend. In all the chaos and madness in this day and age, if we do not live and appreciate the little moments; we aren't really living (is what I believe). There has always and will always be issues out there and its fascinating to see how the human race tackle the issues at hand. Some may do their part, some won't, some will be affected and some aren't. Saying that; it's truly inspiring to see how passionate you are in what you do. Every little bit helps :)
